Custom Cocktail Recipes


So, I finally bought a juicer.

This is as healthy as it gets for me:

The Dangled Carrot

4oz Fresh carrot/ plum/pineapple  juice

2oz Thaibasil infused vodka

2oz Domaine Canton

1 1/2oz Cynar

1oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry



Cucumber Breeze

4oz fresh Cucumber/Cilantro juice (1 medium sized cucumber/hand full of cilantro)

2 1/2oz Bombay Gin

2oz each Lemon and Lime Oleo Saccharum

A little sweet – but still very flavorful! (Cucumber juice is pretty bitter, so I may have dialed up the sugar too much … adjust to taste) 

Top with S. Pelligrino to taste 




Plum Pleaser

1 1/2oz St. George Spirits Dry Rye Gin

1oz Fresh Plum Juice (2 medium sized plums)

3/4oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1/2oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into chilled glass.



I Don’t Know What Happened…

2oz Fresh Strawberry/Roasted Poblano Pepper Juice (2 cups strawberries, 1 roasted Poblano, there will be a little excess)

2oz 1792 Small Batch Bourbon

1oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4oz Cynar

3/4oz Benedictine

1/2oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry

1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Shake with ice for 20-30 sec, strain into chilled glass
